Login Instructions:
IVC ID: Use your Social Security Number or user ID (also known as the G number) provided by the Admissions and Records Office or through the admission application process.
First-Time Users: If you've never logged into WebSTAR or the Student Portal your first PIN is your 6-digit birth date in mmddyy order. (August 4, 1990 will be 080490). After logging in you may access WebSTAR by clicking the WebSTAR button in the top menu. The first time you access WebSTAR, you will be asked to change your PIN. The PIN you choose will be your permanent login PIN. Do not forget it.

  • New Events System

    Some of you may have already noticed the new "Upcoming Events" module that's now shown above. In the updates that were added last week to the Community section of the website it came with a brand new built-in events system that will replace the previous events system that was being used.

    All we need now are some events, so feel to create your own!

  • [Completed] Migration to New Design

    Update: The conversion to the new design went pretty well, there's still some areas that are going to be tweaked further, but the bulk of the changes have been completed. A few unused sections have been moved to other areas or removed.

    Since this site is consistently being accessed, this morning unfortunately a few of you will have to deal with a few inconsistencies in the layout of the site as the design gets changed and a bunch of other related configurations have to be modified in order to restore the look of the site.

    Hopefully this won't inconvenience everyone too much...we hope you enjoy the new design!

  • [Updated] Student Portal Login Page

    As part of the upgrades that are going to be going on for the Student Portal over the coming weeks, we've given our Student Portal login page a new facelift. We hope you enjoy the new login page design, as well as the integrated news area (being pulled from our Facebook page) and Quick Links to our Online Directory, Latest Schedule, Etudes, Student Email Login Page and more!

Be wary of any program or web page that asks you for your IVC ID and password. Imperial Valley College Web Pages that ask you for your IVC ID and password will generally have URLs that begin with "https://" and contain "imperial.edu" within the URL listed in your browser's address bar. In addition, your browser should visually indicate that you are accessing a secure page.
